Privacy policy
In this privacy policy you will find information about what data we store about our users, for what purpose and how the information is used.
This privacy policy applies to the notification applications Sensio Pocket and Sensio Pocket 365 (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). Sensio AS (Stenersgata 1A, 0050 Oslo) by the general manager has the day-to-day responsibility for the processing of personal data related to the Application.

Collection of the information is required for us to be able to provide the service. If you do not agree to us storing your user information, we cannot offer to use the Application.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the individual’s consent (Cf. Act on the processing of personal data §8, and cf. Article 6 §1a) in the new personal data protection regulation of 25 May 2018) or contract fulfillment ( Cf. Act on the processing of personal data §8, and cf. Article 6 §1c) of the new data protection regulation of 25 May 2018) unless otherwise specified.
Personal information about you that is stored in the Application is name, e-mail address, telephone number, role, registered visits, EPR records (not content, only that it has been sent), and audit logging in the system.
Location data is stored temporarily to calculate the distance from an alarm transmitter, if the function for alarm routing to the nearest alarm receivers is activated.
Consent is obtained when registering a user, or as part of an employment contract (obtained by the data controller). Technical operating data is collected on an ongoing basis.
The information will not be used for anything other than operation of the solution, troubleshooting and customer service, and will only be disclosed to third parties if there is an explicit agreement with the municipality in connection with:
Sensio AS is the data processor for personal data stored in our solutions. Our systems are hosted by Microsoft Azure and the information is stored on separate servers operated by the supplier. The information is only stored as long as you use our solutions, or until consent is withdrawn. The information is deleted from the backup after 90 days.
As registered in Sensio AS systems, you have rights according to the Norwegian Act, the Act on the processing of personal data and associated regulations. As a registered user, you have the right to access your own personal data, to request the correction or deletion of incomplete or incorrect information, as well as to delete all personal data from our systems.
Only the customer and Sensio AS have access to the information that is collected. Sensio AS uses secure access control linked to systems that contain personal data, in addition to an internal security policy that is adapted to the requirements of the new data protection regulation (GDPR). All employees have a duty of confidentiality when processing personal data.
